Show Cooking PEIXE in LISBON 2018 • Can the Can by Miguel Laffan
Docapesca will promote a show cooking with the use of national preserves on April 9, at 1:00 p.m., which will be part of the program of the gastronomic event “Peixe em Lisboa”.
This show cooking is conducted by CAN the CAN restaurant and will be led by Michelin star chef Miguel Laffan and has the support of ANICP, the National Association of Canned Fish Industry.
Smoked eel recipe, white bean puree, cucumber and oyster.
The 11th edition of “Fish in Lisbon” takes place from 5 to 15 April at the Carlos Lopes Pavilion in Lisbon.
