Docapesca promoted a show cooking with the use of national canned fish on April 9, which was be part of the program of the gastronomic event “Peixe em Lisboa 2018”.
This show cooking was conducted by CAN the CAN restaurant and led by Michelin star chef Miguel Laffan and had the support of ANICP, the National Association of Canned Fish Industry.
Smoked eel recipe, white bean puree, cucumber and oyster.
The 11th edition of “Fish in Lisbon” takes place from 5 to 15 April at the Carlos Lopes Pavilion in Lisbon.
