Luís Barradas


Luis Barradas started out studying journalism across the river in Setúbal, his home town, but a stay in England changed his focus to gastronomy and he trained as a cook at Westminster College, London.
An enthusiast of history and roots as a means to exploringPortuguese cuisine, and also influenced by eclectic cultures around the world, Luís is interested, above all, in the flavour. He has been Executive Chef at Can the Can since 2018.
