Portuguese canned fish comes to us as the result of a traditional process combining the excellency of the product, the art of working it and the patience to wait for the processes of time.

Born of this fascination for the mastery and the art of canning, Can The Can decided to take things further by inviting chef Miguel Laffan to create new dishes nurtured by tradition.

Miguel Laffan, responsible for bringing the first ever Michelin Star to the Alentejo in 2013, is part of a new generation of chefs who are creating a new gastronomic route in Portugal.

The flavours, colours and textures of each dish are a delightful challenge to diners and an absolute revolution in the use of Portuguese canned fish.

More than dishes, we serve stories and throw challenges. We play with time and we confuse the senses.
